Offer

What do we make for manufacturing plants?

We make tooling for specific processes, so this list is a set of examples, not a full catalogue. If you need something else, describe it in the form.

Production tools and maintenance parts

Production tools and maintenance parts

Replacement components and specialist tools that shorten downtime and restore production continuity.

Inspection and measurement fixtures for QC

Inspection and measurement fixtures for QC

Gauges and measuring fixtures for quality control, designed for a specific part and process.

Injection moulds, stamping dies and blanking dies

Injection moulds, stamping dies and blanking dies

Design and manufacture of tooling for serial production.

Moulds for ceramic materials

Moulds for ceramic materials

Solutions for the specific requirements of ceramic technologies. We design and manufacture moulds for isostatic pressing.

Flexible polyurethane and silicone castings

Flexible polyurethane and silicone castings

Design and production of moulds and flexible castings, e.g. for prototyping and small-batch production.

Technology

What machine park do we work with?

We work with an advanced machine park: CNC lathes and mills, grinders, EDM machines and 3D printers. This lets us combine the precision of machining with the flexibility of additive technologies: from a single prototype to serial production tooling.

FAQ

Questions about production tooling

What production tooling do you make?

Among others: production tools and maintenance parts, inspection and measurement fixtures for QC departments, injection moulds, stamping and blanking dies, moulds for ceramic materials, and flexible polyurethane and silicone castings.

Do you make single replacement parts?

Yes. We manufacture replacement components and specialist tools for maintenance, including single pieces, to shorten downtime and restore production continuity.

Do you design moulds for an existing product or process?

Yes. We design tooling for the client's specific line, process and part, not from a catalogue. We make tooling from injection moulds to flexible castings for small-batch production.

What machine park do you work with?

CNC lathes and mills, grinders, EDM machines and 3D printers. We combine the precision of machining with the flexibility of additive technologies.

Have a project to quote?

Describe your challenge: mechanical, electronic, automation or laboratory. We will propose a solution.
