Machine design and manufacturing from concept to serial production

We create innovative solutions in mechanics, electronics and software. We deliver projects end to end: from concept and design, through prototype construction, to serial production launch.

Scope of services

What does our design office do?

01

Machine and device design

We help turn ideas into real shapes and functions, drawing on specialist knowledge and modern tools. We look for innovative solutions based on experience, Computer Aided Engineering and the TRIZ methodology.

02

Prototyping

Building a functional prototype is an inseparable part of product development. Our facilities allow us to manufacture devices using various methods, for testing or demonstrations. This makes it possible to optimise and promote the device before serial production begins.

Electronics and software

Modern devices need dedicated electronics and software alongside their mechanical parts. With our mechatronic approach to design, we can create a complete product in which all components are developed in parallel.

Why us

Why mechanics, electronics and software under one roof?

You coordinate one project with one company, not three separate contracts with a mechanical engineer, an electronics engineer and a programmer.

One partner from idea to product

We design, prototype and manufacture ourselves. You receive a finished solution, not a design to be built elsewhere.

Experienced engineering team

Projects are led by design engineers with years of practice, including international work.

Our own manufacturing facilities

We work with the ZBKT toolroom in Kraków: CNC machining, EDM, 3D printing and a prototyping shop. Design and manufacturing stay in one place.

Every project made to order

We design machines and devices for your specific process and requirements: dimensions, parameters, integration with existing equipment.

What have we been working on lately?

Training simulator for cycling. The device reproduces the dynamics of riding a bike: steering movements, leaning to the sides and riding uphill. The experience is completed by photorealistic VR training scenarios.

Housing of a modern ECG device. A series product manufactured by injection moulding. String ECG devices are made in Poland.
Housing of a modern medical device
Assembly of series products. The device was designed entirely in Poland with our involvement.

FAQ

Questions about our design office

How do I choose a machine design and manufacturing company?

Check whether one team covers mechanics, electronics and software. Splitting these competences across separate contractors is the most common source of delays. Ask about manufacturing facilities and similar completed projects. Here, all these competences work under one roof, backed by the ZBKT toolroom.

What technologies do you use in machine design?

We design in a CAD environment supported by Computer Aided Engineering simulations and the TRIZ methodology. Prototypes and parts are made with CNC machining, EDM and 3D printing.

What are the stages of prototyping a new machine?

From concept, through documentation, to a functional prototype made with a method matched to its purpose: testing, demonstrations or validation before production. A prototype lets us optimise the device before serial production starts.

Do you handle production automation?

Yes. We modernise production lines without replacing the whole machine park. We design dedicated control systems, test stations and measuring gauges integrated with existing equipment.

Have a project to quote?

Describe your challenge: mechanical, electronic, automation or laboratory. We will propose a solution.
