2. What data we process and where it comes from

We process the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form on this website: name, e-mail address, phone number (if provided) and the information included in your message. We also process data collected automatically in connection with the use of the website (see the cookies section).

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• handling correspondence and responding to enquiries sent through the contact form, including providing a requested offer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the controller's legitimate interest, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the correspondence leads to a contract),
• performance of concluded contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• compliance with legal obligations, e.g. tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
• establishing, pursuing or defending claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We may entrust data to entities providing services necessary for the operation of the website and handling of correspondence: hosting providers, e-mail delivery providers, and accounting and legal service providers. All these entities process data under data processing agreements and only on our instructions.

Correspondence data is stored for the duration of the correspondence and then for the limitation period of potential claims. Data related to the performance of contracts is stored for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.
