LED IR illuminator
Short-wave infrared illumination for reflectography and multispectral imaging. It reveals carbon sketches, composition changes and layers invisible in daylight.
Enquire about a deviceWhat makes lED IR illuminator stand out?
Short-wave IR for InGaAs cameras
Short-wave infrared working with InGaAs cameras, e.g. Apollo by Opus Instruments.
Two wavelengths
1050 nm LED (5 diodes, 390 mW) and 1450 nm LED (9 diodes, 240 mW), both with a 128° illumination angle.
Cross laser
Precise alignment of the illumination direction with the examined object.
Wireless control
Convenient operation and automatic synchronisation with connected devices.
Pairing with multiple devices
Works with cameras and image acquisition systems.
Rear heat dissipation
The design prevents heating of the examined sample.
What is lED IR illuminator used for?
- IR reflectography: carbon sketches and composition changes
- Layer analysis of historical objects and archival materials
- Identifying details invisible to the naked eye in forensics
- Quality control and defect detection in food
